Detailed_Description : The Vendor will develop 3 to 5 self-guided interactive financial literacy modules for students in each phase, with a different focus in each of the 3 phases. These modules will include interactive activities, videos, quizzes, and reflective questions, and will be no longer than 20 minutes. Financial literacy modules will be completed by students independently at their own pace. These modules must be available in both English and French. Contingent on the successful vendor producing deliverables in alignment with the expectations and standard set out in their agreement, the ministry may exercise the option to extend the agreement for two periods up to the duration of the original term. Should the ministry exercise this option, the focus of future year deliverables would be established and discussed with the vendor. The ministry maintains the right to not extend the agreement past the initial project period of 9 months.

Scope of Work : In alignment with the Ontario 2023 budget commitment (Chapter 1, Section B: Working for You, P.98), the vendor will be tasked with producing the following deliverables described below.In each of the three (3) phases, deliverables are modules that include interactive activities, videos, quizzes, and reflective questions, and will be no longer than 20 minutes (minimum 18 minutes) in duration per module. Financial literacy modules will be completed independently and at the user-s own pace.Deliverables in Phase 1: The Vendor will develop 3to 5 self-guided interactive financial literacy modules for students, with particular focus on transitioning senior students (Grade 11 and 12) to post-secondary pathways and adulthood. The modules must include learning on: •Financing post-secondary education (e.g., Ontario Student Assistance Program, bursaries, bank loans)•Saving and investing (e.g., fundamentals of financial responsibility, identifying risks)•Transitioning to post-secondary pathways (e.g., creating a personal budget for the first post secondary year).Should the ministry exercise its option to extend the Agreement, the Deliverables would be as follows:Deliverables for Phase 2: 3 to 5 modules on inflation, taxation, pensions, Tax-free Savings Accounts, Registered Retirement Savings Plans, and Registered Education Savings PlansDeliverables for Phase 3: 3 to 5 modules that focus on financial literacy content in alignment with the revised Grade 9-10 Business Studies course, scheduled to be implemented in September 2024.
