We are looking for a Consultantcy firm for the Financial Management Training for the Health Sector and capacity building support to the Ministry of Health Department of Inspection for Internal Audit.
There are two key elements of the work program relevant to this consultancy:
i) Preparation of the Health Sector PFM Manual and ii) Strengthening of Monitoring and Compliance
The consultancy assignment will assist two key aspects of the overall PFM TA program:
1. Support for delivery of the Nationwide PFM Manual Training and (2)Internal Audit Capacity Building Program for DOI.
Activities
1: Trainers and Training for the TOT Team
2: Progressive rollout of PFM Manual training
3: Conduct a training course on internal audit
4: Guidelines for financial management focused internal audit
5: Assist DOI to develop and implement an internal audit plan for the health sector
and presented to the executive committee by 31 October 2023.
6: Assist DOI to suggest revisions to the executive committees TOR
