Finavia Oyj, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (hereinafter "Finavia", "Client" or "Procurement Unit"), requests from you (hereinafter "Candidate", "Provider" or "Service Provider") an application for the participation of assisted passengers at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (hereinafter "PRM" ) procurement of the implementation of the serviceto oses. PRM passenger (Passenger with Reduced Mobility) means a passenger with reduced mobility. This refers to a person who has a mobility limitation or other limitation, and who therefore needs special help or attention when traveling.
PRM service includes departing and arriving PRM flightsassisting the attendant at the airport. The departing passenger is assisted from the specified arrival point to the aircraft seat, and the arriving passenger from the seat to the specified exit point or to the next flight.at the moment about 60, 000 / year and the number is growing every year. Statistics on the number of assisted passengers are available for candidates who pass the participation phase. On average, one assistant can handle about 2 transactionsa during rush hour.
Work is done both indoors and outdoors, and the service must operate at an acceptable level 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
There is a PRM service point in the departure hall of the airport, which must be resourced at least during peak times to ensure a smooth customer encounter...
