Reason for Amendment 002 is is to extend the submission time due to a system / clerical error on the previous amendment representing a conflicting response time. The submission time is extended to 10 April as previously stated. Reason for amendment is to change NAICS from 333248 to 3399999, add Vendor is NOT required to tag and certify for annual inspection to each line item, extend the submission time from April 10 to April 15.
