Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.The satisfactory completion of supply of firefighting equipment/products and related services in any power plant/industry/commercial entity amounting not less than BDT 2, 300, 000.00 (Taka Twenty-Three Lac Only) under a maximum number of 2 (two) contracts in the last 2 (two) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of Bank Guarantee or credit line facility of BDT 2, 600, 000.00 (Taka Twenty-Six Lac Only), net of other contractual commitments at the time of tender submission (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements (end user certificate). The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade license, TIN, Income Tax Certificate and VAT registration certificate (13 digit).
