Tenders are invited for Firm Consultant for the Development and Overhaul of the Investment Project Management Information System El Istithmar - pa2gi

Redesign the application towards a more agile and scalable microservices architecture;
Migrate reports written in BIRT to the more suitable Jasper Reports solution;
Ensure the availability of all reports in French and Arabic appropriately for right-to-left display;
Develop a data recovery project between the new application and the current data in the EL
ISTITHMAR database;
Develop major developments including a project monitoring-evaluation module, posted securely
