This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140FS324Q0012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 10 days after the close of this announcement.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number: 2023-06, Effective Date: 11/6/2023.This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
