Tenders are invited for Five-Year Business Plan in CIC SACCO Financial Center.

In order to reform CIC SACCO into a financial institution operating as a PLC company, CIC SACCO is informing interested experts that there is a market for a five-year Business Plan. Those who wish to do this job must meet the following requirements:

Being a Rwandan (Individual Consultant);
Being able to speak and write well in English and Rwandan;
Presenting three documents of the Business Plan (Certificate of Good Completion)
Being able to show CIC's assets in five years and where they will come from (Financial Projections) using Excel or dedicated software;
That he will work with CIC until the Business Plan is approved by BNR;
The fact that he has no debt to the tax and customs office (Attestation de non Creance);
Having at least a third degree (Masters) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Projects Management;
THE ESSENTIALS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE LESSONS TO BE DONE

Company objectives;
Corporate structure and shareholders;
Company departments and personnel required;
Responsibilities of corporate bodies and employees;
Human Resources Management;
The type of loan, the number of borrowers and their amount;
Types of savings;
The strategy will be implemented for five years
Technology will be used;
Markets;
Showing the company's assets in five years and where it will come from (Financial Projections) using Excel or dedicated software;
Five-year performance review and control plan;
Advice or other expertise deemed appropriate to be included in the Business Plan;
HOW THE MARKET WILL BE DELIVERED

The bid letters will contain documents that show in a technical way how the work will be done, the expert's qualifications and the expert's prices. on 30/03/2023 at five thirty minutes (17h30).

On 31/03/2023 the tender committee will announce the winner based on the highest score.

HOW WORK WILL BE DONE

Date 3/04/2023: signing the contract to conduct the study;
Date 10/04/2023: show how the work will be done (Inception Report);
Date 24/04/2023: submit the preliminary report (Draft Report);
Date 07/05/2023: submit the final report (Final report);
