Description: The purpose of this public European procurement is to take out an agreement with one contractor to provide the services below for the benefit of the Enschede, Losser and Borne municipalities: Cloud's decision Center functionality that fits technically and functionally seamlessly with the Microsoft teams surroundings of the municipality of Enschede; The provision of sufficient telephone lines where the current telephone numbers for the three municipalities must come in. For access to the locations of the mentioned municipalities, the existing internet infrastructure must be used; Configuring both the Cloud Contact Center and Microsoft Teams environments including project management, testing, training and implementing the services; the integral manage of both the Microsoft team and the Cloud Contact Center environment. The Client and Nemer agree with each other for a period of 3 years, with an option to unilateral extension by the client of three (3) times one (1) year.
