Summary:The Huntington West Virginia Hospital is looking for a vendor to repair flange in the hiller plant, morgue and building 2.Description of Work:The contractor will provide the following services: Weld leaking flange jointsChange out 2 ½ inch valves and weld new flanges inInstall 6 inch slip flangesVendor will provide services with 14 days of contract awardNCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to perform at the 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 Medical Center to repair flanges in the chiller plant, morgue and building 2.Please respond to this RFI/Sources Sought 36C24525Q0181 with your:1.
