Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (“the Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Fleet Management Software (“Solution”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is requesting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide an integrated all in one Solution that includes telematics and in-cab camera for its Fleet assets. The Selected proponent will supply and install the telematics and in-cab camera; as well as the integrated cloud-based portal. The Selected proponent will be required to provide a comprehensive data collection solution for all asset types including those that don-t have onboard power supply and/or ODB2 ports. As the solution will need to interface with a variety of resident programs and Town operating department, Information Governance & Management, and Legislative Services will also have functional requirements detailed within the Deliverables that will need to be addressed.The Term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favor of the Town to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an
