The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is conducting market research for the purpose of identifying possible sources, gaining a greater understanding of the full range of available options in the marketplace and the availability of a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to support the healthcare needs of FLETC students and staff. The system should include the following:

Practice Management Software to manage appointment scheduling, patient record management, and reporting Track patient information and manage electronic health records The system shall enable effective access to crucial raw and synthesized data enabling FLETC executive leadership and managers to make quick and sound management decisions in support of the FLETC mission. The Government requires the system to be hosted in a FEDRAMP certified, compliant cloud environment that receives additional approval from FLETC CIO or on-site at FLETC Glynco.
