GEVAG intends to increase the energy efficiency of GEVAG by using existing waste heat. It is planned to install a clean gas heat exchanger in the
flue gas lines in front of the chimney for each combustion line.
The installation of the heat exchangers will take place during the ordinary revisionon without total standstill.
The scope of delivery is described in detail in Part 5 "RG ducts specifications" and essentially includes
the manufacture of all required RG duct sections, the dismantling of the existing
RG ducts that are no longer required, the assembly of the Rsingle-gas
heat exchanger, assembly of the new duct parts, delivery and assembly of the
measuring instruments described, as well as the insulation and sheeting of the entire scope of delivery and the
clean-gas heat exchanger. Incineration line 1 will be rendered in April 2024, incineration line 2 will be in August 2024 as per dates in Section 1.6.
