The subject of the tender is the holistic planning and implementation of a multi-part flue gas heat utilization system and its complete integration into the existing flue gas cleaning system 4 of the thermal waste treatment plant of MVV Umwelt Asset GmbH on Friesenheimer Insel in Mannhome. Both sensible and latent heat from the flue gas from the flue gas cleaning line 4 should be made usable for the district heating system and for internal consumers by means of a heat exchanger, possibly an evaporator, a flue gas condensation scrubber or condenser and a heat pump. The pipe route bis to the district heating center is not part of the scope of delivery. The competitive dialogue within the SektVO to develop a flue gas heat utilization system to be integrated into an existing thermal waste treatment plant is intended to find the best solution for this demanding taskrden. Taking into account the existing arrangement, procedural, structural and control conditions, a safe, energy and resource efficient, cost-effective and robust heat displacement system must be designed, built as a general contractor and in dto integrate the existing system. The task is formulated functionally, the specific scope of delivery is developed as part of the competitive dialogue.
