Tenders are invited for FM Hard Services at Estec July 2024 Onwards Duration 3+3+2years

The main objective of this activity is to place a performance-based contract for the maintenance and operation of the general-purpose infrastructure of ESTEC. The general-purpose infrastructure includes components such as:-civil infrastructure, includingobuildings and other structures, oroads and pavements;-electrical infrastructure, includingohigh-voltage distribution infrastructure, including distribution rings and 26 transformer substations;o low-voltage distribution grid in all estec premises and buildings, laboratories and the Test Centreobuilding automation systems (BMSs);o safety and security systems (e.g. fire detection system).-mechanical infrastructure, including oemergency power (e.g. diesel generators);oproduction plant to produce chilled water, process cooling water, hot water, compressed air and other utilities;ogas distribution grid;odomestic water distribution grid;olifts and hoisting equipment.
