1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year ( FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱1, 440, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Twelve (12) Units Walking-Type Agricultural Tractor: Float Assist Type. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
