Request for proposals are invited for Food and Beverage Services Subconcession at MIA

This request for proposals (“RFP”) provides CAM the opportunity to select 1 (ONE) Bidder
to set up and operate the services under a subconcession contract of 5 (five) years to be
executed by the successful Bidder with CAM and subject to the terms and conditions of the
contract, within the defined Subconcession Areas, i.e. Space No. 19-02-0047 and Space No.
19-02-0052, with a total area of approximately 533 (five hundred and thirty three) square
meters. Space No. 19-02-0047 is approximately 267 (two hundred and sixty seven) square
meters and Space No. 19-02-0052 is approximately 266 (two hundred and sixty six) square
meters, located at the Mezzanine Level of the Departure Airside of South Extension of
Passenger Terminal Building (“PTB”) (please refer to Section C.1. of this RFP and Annex I)

CAM expects all Bidders to present excellent proposals that offer outstanding customer
service with a wide range of Food and Beverage products (as illustrated in Section C. of this
RFP) for passengers and airport users in MIA while generating good revenues and reputation
with innovative Food & Beverage Services concept(s) that reflect the unique characteristics
of the Macau Special Administrative Region (“Macau”) market. Bidders should be
experienced, financially sound and able to create Food & Beverage concepts. The objectives
for this RFP process are the following:
 To set up and operate a restaurant/food court with at least 1 (one) concept, offering great
services and a broad variety of quality Food and Beverage products to passengers and
airport users at MIA within the Subconcession Areas;
 To provide innovative Food and Beverage Services concept(s) and offer products and
services at competitive prices;
 To design and renovate the Subconcession Areas to high-end restaurant standard to
enhance passengers- experience; and
 To optimize the non-aeronautical revenues of MIA.
