City of Prince George (City) invites suppliers interested in an opportunity to operate exclusive food and beverage services, at various City facilities, listed in Annex 1 - Opportunity Detials, which includes full-service catering, private suite catering, concession services, vending services, non-alcoholic beverage services and alcohol services. The City is looking for a supplier who shows strength in community connections, service commitment, employee performance, business innovation, financial stability, team building, and industry leadership as well as market responsiveness. It is the City-s intention that these facilities will be operated in a professional and fiscally responsible manner consistent with best industry practices.
The initial term of the contract will be for a period of five (5) years with one (1) optional renewal periods of five (5) year each. The contract will start in the fall of 2025.
