City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide food and beverage services for CN Centre, Kin Lounge and the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre (PGCCC). Prince George is located in the geographical centre of British Columbia; Prince George has a growing population of approximately 80, 000 and serves a region of 300, 000 residents.
The City is seeking an experienced supplier(s) with proven ability in the provision of food and beverage services, including full service catering, private suite catering, concession services, non-alcoholic beverage services and alcohol services. We are looking for a supplier(s) who shows strength in community connections, service commitment, employee performance, business innovation, financial stability, team building, and industry leadership as well as market responsiveness. The supplier(s) will demonstrate their dedication to excellence and be able to respond to the challenges of a municipal organization committed to marketing a quality product and experience.
