The purpose of this contract is the supply of foodstuffs and food products for the preparation of daily meals for residents of the Foyer Saint-Antoine as well as effective and concrete assistance in advising the CPAS kitchen, to all stages of operation of activitiesrestoration projects while aiming to integrate as much as possible different objectives of the Green Deal project which is described in Appendix A of these specifications. In order to achieve the optimal level of quality and maintain it over time, the successful bidder must in particular ensure: - the optimummalisation of purchases of foodstuffs and food products; - controlling production costs; - compliance with food safety (good hygiene practice, HACCP standards, etc.); - the implementation of effective management tools and indicators; - the formalization of techniquesproduction of the CPAS kitchen; - improving the skills of kitchen staff; - compliance with and respect for HACCP, hygiene and safety standards in production premises, storage premises and those in reserves; - keeping up to date with techniques andlegal positions as well as the supervision of staff directly attached to the CPAS kitchen, with the aim of ensuring perfect operation and maximum efficiency; - the integration of the different objectives of the Green Deal project in order to achieve the related objectives. By the seaBy submitting prices in accordance with these conditions, both general and specific, each bidder acknowledges having inquired about all the charges incumbent upon him in order to meet the requirements of this contract. It takes into account its impact on compliance plans andcompliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety standards in production premises, storage premises and those in reserves. He is also responsible for keeping up to date with techniques and legal provisions, as well as supervising staff directly attached to the CPAS kitchen, this, with the aim of ensuring perfect operation and maximum efficiency at the service level. It is understood that the indications contained in the tender documents drawn up by the contracting authority constitute minimums below which tenderers cannotunder no circumstances go down.
