Short Description of the Procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to find a service provider who performs the functions of the Estonian National Food Materials and Objects Reference Laboratory Duties in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2017/625 (for official inspections and other formal operations that are performed on food and feed legal rates and feed to Article 100 (1) to ensure the application of animal health and animal welfare, plant health and plant protection products).
