Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Chemistry Unit (CU) Laboratory Division (LD) requires a laboratory to perform toxicology testing on samples of human blood, urine, and vitreous humor. The LD requires both qualitative and quantitative testing of blood samples, as well as vitreous humor (liquid from the eye), which is used to confirm the results from the blood samples. The ability to use one lab for both types of samples will streamline the process in addition to increasing accuracy of test results. Similarly, the LD Chemistry Unit requires testing of both antemortem and postmortem samples. This procurement will be a firm fixed price per test with approximately 420 test preformed each period. Additional details may be found in the attached Statement of Work.
