In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers and enter into a framework agreement for earthwork and restoration work necessary for the burying of district heating lines between the district heating plant and the consumers in 0ster Bjerregrav and Over Fussing. In addition, the contract includes earthworks and restoration works forr the transmission line along Viborgvej between Over Hornbaek and 0ster Bjerregrav.
In the second contract, assembly, welding and socket work is carried out, and the installation of the heating plants is carried out adjacently.
The client expects to enter into five parallel framework agreements, i.e. that it is a framework agreement with flere actors. The individual task on the framework agreement is assigned by direct allocation through a so-called 'cascade model'.
