This assignment has the object to conclude an agreement for purchasing (and delivering) work shoes and PPEs for a maximum period of 48 months for IGO DIV and IGO-W VZW. Employees of both organizations can have orders deliver orders on call, via a pre-agreed digital system or webshop (eg order voucher via our purchases secretariat). It is an assignment for deliveries. It is a non-exclusive framework contract. Consequently, the board is free to order elsewhere if the need for this occurs during the duration of the contract, the circumstances on site or with regard to the urgent delivery of PPEs, without payment of compensation. The basis for deliveries is the catalog and price list of the supplier, the quality and accessibility of this written and digital catalog and price list, the quality of the proposed products, the quality and service as a local trader and the accessibility with regard to the deliveries.
