The subject of the present open procedure is the implementation of the accounting and the accounting audit in the following service areas of SGB V and SGB xI:
- Therapeutic benefits (§ 32 SGB V)
- Midwifery services (§ 24d SGB V)
- Travel expenses/rescue service ( § 60 SGB V) - Rehasport/Functional training (43 SGB V)
- Home nursing (§ 37 SGB V)
- Nursing benefits in kind (§ 36 SGB xI)
- Relief services (§ 45b SGB xI)
The processing takes place as continuous, monthly processing and/or as temporary Processing in the event of additional support needs of the clientBerin (e.g. in the event of an increased billing volume).
If necessary, the client can also instruct the contractor during the term of the framework agreement (probably from the end of 2024) to carry out the billing and billing audit in the areas of consultation visits (§ 37 Para. 3 SGB xI) and VDisabled care (§ 39 SGB xI) as continuous, monthly processing and/or as temporary processing.
The bills or billing data to be checked for factual and mathematical accuracy are transmitted daily by the service providers or billing centerst. Processing within the applicable payment deadlines must be guaranteed for both continuous and temporary processing. The oscare(R) claims software to be used for this is made available by the client.
