The subject of the order are digitization and image processing services, digital reproduction work, the production of files and its digital archiving on call. The reason for digitization falls into one of three categories:

a.) In its function as museums, art library (KB) and Kepperkabinett (KK) digitize their stocks for recording in the Museum Documentation system RIA: The annual overall budget for these internal repro work amounts to 15, 000 €

b.) In its function as cultural institutions, the KB and KK take on cultural mediation tasks and digitize their stocks in connection with exhibition, research and publication projects (analog and digital): The overall annual budget for repro work depends on the financial equipment of the exhibition, Publication and research projects.
