This framework agreement is a part of a broader project and ggrowing cooperation in the field of Digital Transformation in South West Flanders

Closer cooperation in the field of digital transformation is emerging in the South West Flanders region.

This is supported by the digital transformation project South West Flanders region | Municipality without Communityntehuis https://gzg.vlaanderen.be/project-digitale-transformatie-regio-Zuid-West-Vlaanderen.

With this project, the 15 boards around penholder Harelbeke aim to reach all citizens, associations and companies from the reference region South-West Flanders to offer better services. They see digital tformation as a lever to anchor a warm, accessible and local service.

The boards are:

Anzegem, Avelgem, Deerlijk, Harelbeke, Intercommunale Leiedal, Kortrijk, Kuurne, Lendelede, Menen, Spiere-Helkijn, W13 - intermunicipal partnership, Waregem, Wervik, Wevelgem, Zwevegem

The client is looking for experts with specific competencies for developing a vision, setting up systems, analysis, and carrying out specific management tasks in the described domains.
