The contract aims to appoint a service provider who will be, within the framework of a 1-year contract with 3 possible tacit renewals for the same duration, responsible for the complete mission of control, maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance of fire-fighting installationsein the various social housing sites of Logement Molenbeekois, namely: fire panels, smoke outlets, a generator and a sprinkler system. The objective is to respect safety standards and rules while having reasonable management of the expenses generatedes. This reasonable management means a rationalization of interventions (reduction in the number of contracts, the number of trips through an organized maintenance program) and a philosophy of regular and complete maintenance in order to avoid accelerated obsolescence of equipment. .
