The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for market surveillance measurements on motor vehicles with regard to their pollutant and CO2 emissions. The measurements include:In particular, emissions measurements were carried out on a chassis dynamometer using constant volume sampling ("CVS") and in public transport and, if necessary, on test tracks using a portable emission measurement system ("PEMS").
