Through this acquisition, Askvoll municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one 1 supplier for the supply of medicine, multi-dose and pharmacy products. The scope of the agreement is unclear, and it does not impose any obligation on the municipality to purchase in volume after this acquisition. The agreement will be concluded according to the attached utkast for agreement. The duration of the agreement is 2 years, with the client's unilateral right to extend the agreement for a further 2 years, one year at a time. Askvoll municipality intends to coordinate the schedule and duration of the agreement so that one can participate in the next agreement for INSS in this area. Upper frames forthe agreement is set to be under 2.2 million ex VAT.
