Tender Details

Provision of a procurement portal and billing for currently 31 different types of Microsoft licenses with a total volume of around 6, 700 individual licenses. The main licensing is MS365 E3 licenses plus E5 Security Addon. The term of the contract is three (3) years plus one (1)optional year.

The following activities are expected from the successful bidder:

-Provision of the procurement portal

-Billing of the licenses

-Preparation of the contract documents in connection with Microsoft including outsourcing contract for our IT service provider

-Support with the annual TrueUp process if necessary

Support in adding additional licenses not yet listed in the tender to the EA contract if required

Support in decision-making to draw the optional year

Support in preparing the new tender at the end of the contract (Liefung quantities and current purchase prices from MS)

Furthermore, a license has already been added to the tender for various planned projects to ensure that the corresponding licenses can be ordered in larger quantities at the start of the project and if necessary.
