A network of universities and scientific institutions in the state of Schleswig-Holstein including the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel (CAU), the Kiel University of Applied Sciences, the West Coast University of Applied Sciences, the GEOMAR Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research, the Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, the Medical Laserzentrum Luebeck GMBH, the Muthesius Kunsthochschule (MK), the Technical University of Luebeck and the University of Luebeck (UzL), strives to transfer the know-how generated at their institutions into application. For this it is necessary to identify this know-how, itto secure intellectual property rights and to find suitable exploitation partners. Since the network members cannot maintain the human resources in their facilities to take on this task themselves, they are dependent on the support of external patent and exploitation agencies (PVAs).
A framework agreement is concluded with one company per lot.
