Short description: The main purpose of this procurement is to secure the customer one at any time robust, well-functioning and forward-looking video management system (VMS) with associated networks, as well as system for "video analytics" (VA), as part Of the electronic security facilities, the security and service organization (DSS) manager. The providers must have access, and right to sell, equipment and software, as well as expertise in the existing facilities.
The procurement does not include deliveries related to the establishment of a new government quarter, but it may be needed for works related to adaptations on existing solutions because of the new government quarter.
