The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are settled by unit and fixed prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entire renewal periods.
The estimated amountstifs are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals).
During the market the number of equipment to be maintained may be modified more or less for the following reasons:
- removal of equipment
- installation of 'new equipment or modification imcarrying capacity of an installation
Each time the type of equipment to be maintained changes, an amendment to the contract will be made. This amendment will specify
- the effective date of the modification
- the possible financial consequences.
For the sake of the service to be provided and in the event of an emergency or unforeseen event (cyclonee, closed roads etc...) each service provider may be required to intervene exceptionally in the other geographical sector for which it is not contractually responsible.
The designated service provider undertakes to carry out the requested work in full time of year (construction holiday period comitted).
The work may be of type P2, curative, and P3, major maintenance and renewal of components
