The purpose of this service contract is to conclude a framework agreement in the form of a joint public procurement (see below) for the provision of IT support services.
IT support includes both generalist profiles (analysts, developers, testers, etc.) and specificallye profiles specialized in a certain technology (CRM, ERP, GIS, etc.), or in a specific field (HR, communication, innovation, etc.) or specialized in a certain product (SAP, Salesforce, Cornerstone, etc.).
All consulting services are divided into four thematiche pillars:
