Tender Details

The Assignment in these specifications concerns the supply of chemicals. ISVAG has a high-quality flue gas purification installation. During the purification process, products such as slaked lime, sodium hydroxide and urea are used to remove certain harmful substances in the flue gases.e eliminate. The timely delivery of these products is crucial for the continuous operation of the treatment plant. This contract concerns a framework agreement, whereby the supply of each of the above-mentioned chemical products is the subject of a separate lot.

ISVAG-2023/079 - 1

Lot 1 concerns the framework agreement for the supply of hydrated lime CA (OH)2 (bulk). The slaked lime is used to make lime milk. This product is atomized over the flue gases in the semi-wet scrubbing using an atomizer.

ISVAG-2023/079 - 2

Perceel 2 concerns the framework agreement for the supply of sodium hydroxide 29% (NaOH) (bulk). The sodium hydroxide is added to the process water of one of the three baths of the wet scrubbing in which the flue gases are washed.

ISVAG-2023/079 - 3

Lot 3 concerns the framework agreement for the supplyg of urea 45% without additive. The urea is injected into the flue gases. Due to the action of the catalyst, the NOx reacts with ammonia gas, leaving only harmless gases and water.
