IVIO is looking for a long -term partner for supplying printed matter. This framework agreement runs from 2025 to 2027 with possible granting of 2x1 years. The printed matter varies from the fixed assignments such as the collection calendar and information magazine ' tidy ', corporate identity printing (letter heads and various covers and business cards), to thematic and sporadic printed matter such as brochures, flyers, posters, ... the printed matter must be easily requested are via an online portal where technical aspects such as paper selection, delivery address, size can be chosen easily and without technical knowledge. In this way, each service can request printed matter in the event of any absence of the controller. The possibility must exist to grant external partners access to the portal.
