KDG wishes to set up a framework agreement with a service provider for the following activities divided into a permanent and 2 conditional parts: fixed part: the implementation of the D365 F&O solution for the Finance, Purchase, Financial Management, Student Invoicing and Management reporting, based of the functionalities that are present in the current Ax 2012 platform. Conditional part 1: further optimization after the initial implementation of the system and the periphery. Conditional part 2: the maintenance of the aforementioned system during the further duration of the contract.
