The client is an IT service provider for its municipal shareholders, their municipal companies and economically independent organizational units as well as legal entities under public law. His customers can purchase hardware and software from him. For the purchase of hardware andSoftware, the client intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of the hardware and software of the respective product cluster for its own use and for sale to its customers. The individual product clusters are as follows: Lot 1 - Product cluster: PC systeme, notebooks, monitors, printers and accessories Lot 2 - Product cluster: Mobile devices (operating systems IOS / Android) and accessories Lot 3 - Product cluster: Presentation technology, accessories and services Lot 4 - Product cluster: Standard software and services The contractor will be in the enprovide services in connection with the respective contract goods in the corresponding product clusters and also connect its relevant IT systems (e.g. ERP / web shop) to the client's IT systems (SAP S4H / B2B web shop from Magento / SRM / Asset Management Tool) via a fully automated interfaceConnect to a location that does not require any manual work.
