The Bfh plans to conclude a framework contract with up to three bidders for the delivery of servers, accessories and spare parts from the manufacturer Super Micro Inc. over four years. An extension of a maximum of two years is possible as an option. Orders from a certain size will be shipped in each caseSo-called mini tender procedure awarded to one of the framework contract partners. The process of these orders is described in the draft contract (Appendix A01, Section 9).
