The project scope includes the following components: A fully bilingual Platform: The LMS should provide a seamless experience in both English and French, encompassing both back-end and front-end interfaces to cater to the diverse linguistic needs of the COE's audience. An all-in-one SaaS solution: the solution should be a scalable SaaS solution that includes hosting, maintenance and support. GDPR Compliance and Data Security: Data storage will adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that all data is stored within the EU for enhanced security and privacy. Integration with Human Resources Tool: The LMS will be integrated with the Human Resources tool of the COE's IS, streamlining the management of training and development. Unified Platform for LMS and LxP Features: The LMS will serve as a comprehensive platform, offering both Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities and integrating features of a Learning Experience Platform (LxP). Tenant Management: The system will be structured for easy management through multiple tenants, enabling efficient administration and customization for various units and departments.
