Framework contract for frozen vegetables and fruit

The subject of the service is the supply of frozen vegetables and fruit and organic frozen vegetables to EKOOP (purchasing cooperation of Bavarian student unions). The needs of the student unions are divided into individual lots alisted and are evaluated and awarded separately. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement on the services specified in the attached framework service description in the name and for the account of the following clients, Studentenwerk Augsburg, Studierendenwerk Erlangen-Nuernberg, Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Upper Palatinate, Student Union Munich Upper Bavaria, Student Union Upper Franconia and Student Union Wuerzburg, represented by: Student Union Erlangen-Nuremberg - Institution under public law. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement for each lot for the term from May 1, 2024 until April 30, 2025 with the option to extend by 3x1 year until a maximum of April 30, 2028. The notice period is 5 months to the end of the contract period. If this is not drawn, there will be an automatic extension for another year. The contract ends by April 30, 2028 at the latest, withoute that termination is required. The contract ends when the following total quota per lot is reached, including before the above-mentioned deadline expires.
