Framework contract "Measurement and documentation"

The subject of this tender is planned surveying services at the public wastewater systems of the state capital Dresden in the area of ​​the sewer network, the Dresden-Kaditz sewage treatment plant as well as selected operating points in the sewer network and ThursDocumentation of third-party systems for which SEDD GmbH takes over operational management. The scope of services includes both the ongoing maintenance of the existing documentation as well as the construction-related documentation of the newly built systems. The measures are set out in writing in individual ordersgt. The services are to be provided in the period between July 1st, 2024 and June 30th, 2026, with an option to extend the contract for another 2 years. A written agreement is required to take advantage of the option.

Stadtentwasserung Dresden GmbH involves up to 5 applicantsfurther negotiation procedures, but these must achieve the five highest overall points in the evaluation form. The evaluation form is included with the award documents. Objective criteria for the selection of the limited number of applicants are:

- References for surveying and documentation of publicpublic wastewater plants, references for recording GIS systems in CAIGOS - sewer industry models,

references for measuring accessible sewers and references for locating sewers and cable routes (80 out of 95 points)
