Widening of Highway 1 to accommodate new High Occupancy Vehicle, Bus on Shoulder, and Auxiliary lanes; including new construction of Fishtrap creek bridges (eastbound and westbound), and seismic retrofit upgrades to Mount Lehman and Fraser Highway Underpasses. A multi-use path will be constructed along the North side of Highway 1 and along Mt. Lehman Underpass.
