In accordance with the terms, the main mission of the project coordinator will be to ensure the proper management of the project. It will especially have the role: (i) support the ministry in the implementation and management of the project, by ensuring the supervision and complete management of the project at the local level, including the technical, administrative and financial aspects, market transfer component of the project, and environmental and social component by ensuring compliance with the management rules agreed with the BAD: (ii) coordinate the structures involved in the implementation of project activities; (iii) ensure an effective and rational use of project resources for proper performance of project activities; (iv) Create and maintain the conducive conditions for the achievement of project development objectives and (v) ensure the correct preparation and execution of the work and all the activities of the project in the rules of the art and the deadlines and deadlines and deadlines and deadlines and deadlines and deadlines and deadlines Bad procedures.
