The services provided for a contract concern the study aimed at establishing an institutional and organizational diagnosis of microfinance establishments (EMF) having an approval of the professional association of microfinance establishments in Chad (APEMF-T) and technical structures loaded of the promotion, control and supervision of the microfinance sector on the one hand and offer axes of responses to the problems identified with an operational action plan on the other. The diagnosis of the sector will relate to the three macro, meso and microphone levels. The mission will collect data available at three levels in order to carry out a holistic diagnosis of the organizational and operational situation of EMFs and structures responsible for the promotion and supervision of the sector.
