The services provided for this contract include: the examination in a global approach including in particular investment costs, the situation of the pricing of road infrastructure which includes the various taxes according to the type of road to be carried out (national, departmental or municipal). It makes it possible to estimate the average unit costs by network and road category (bituminated, paved or laterite). Specifically: (i) resolving in a sustainable way, the problem of high costs of construction and maintenance of road infrastructure, while creating an environment conducive to fair competition between companies for the construction of road infrastructure; (ii) Identify, with great clarity, all the parameters that influence the fact that the average cost of road kilometer in Gabon, represents such significant proportions in the sub-region, despite the fact that Gabon has abundance raw materials, of all the natural resources necessary for the construction and maintenance of these road infrastructures.
