The services provided for this contract include support for the action of the Ministry of Mines which wants to give itself a strategy which aims to optimally enhance the mineral resources of the country and to make the mining sector one of the main pillars of the national economy. Specifically, among other things, this will be: (i) the achievement of a participative strategic diagnosis of the current situation in the mining sector and related activity sectors, as well as the mining code in force, accompanied by A comparative analysis of mining policies and legislation in force in other countries of the sub-region or the continent whose extractive sector is already developed or developed; (ii) carrying out a diagnosis of the operation of the ministry and the applicable procedures, in order to identify the areas of improvement that can be included in the five -year plan.
