The services provided for this service are: to take stock of the technical and financial achievements by components related to forecasts; assess the performance of the project through the evaluation of the products and the induced effects of interventions related to the Result frame; Evaluate the performance of execution of transversal fields (trustee management, monitoring-evaluation, environment, market procurement, gender); assessing the performance of partner implementation structures (NGOs, State structures) and strengthening needs capacities; note the inconsistencies relating to the formulation of the project and propose the new formulations; identify the difficulties likely to hinder the achievement of the results assigned to the project and formulate recommendations to remedy it; draw lessons on the design, the Execution as well as project management; assess the sustainability of the activities carried out and to be carried out; define any orientations for the remaining duration; analyze the logical framework of the project and possibly reformulate it.
