The services provided for this contract consist in developing a communication plan on the ARS 1000 standard with a view to arouse the adhesion and the appropriation of the said standard by the actors of the cocoa values. Specifically, it will be: define the objectives, strategy and activities to be implemented effectively communicating on standard ARS 1000; Defining a mechanism for managing, orientation and control of data and information to be disseminated on standard ARS 1000; Determine specific targets and communication axes, information needs and expectations vis-à-vis targets; Converse to achieve communication objectives;
